Terms and conditions of use

1.     In the store www.jakosport.lt  individuals and legal entities are entitled to purchase goods.
1.1. A registered customer may purchase on behalf of a legal entity: when ordering, enter the legal entity’s details in the delivery information, as required for the automatically generated VAT invoice.
1.2. Individuals under 16 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.     The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. 
2.1. An accurate residential address must be provided during registration: it is needed both for delivery and for automatically generating the VAT invoice for the purchased goods.
2.2. Your contact telephone number must be provided during registration. UAB Viskas futbolui may contact you for additional information before dispatching the order.
2.3. If incorrect information is provided, the customer’s access to www.jakosport.lt  websites may be restricted.

3.     The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information:

3.1. First names, surnames and place names must begin with a capital letter.
3.2. The delivery address postcode must be provided.
3.3. If inaccurate or incorrect delivery information is provided, UAB Viskas futbolui is not responsible for possible delivery problems and may require reimbursement for repeat delivery caused by incorrect delivery information. 

4.     UAB Viskas futbolui:
4.1. Undertakes to use the information provided in registration, order or enquiry forms only to fulfil your orders or enquiries.
4.2. Undertakes not to disclose confidential information provided during registration to third parties. This undertaking does not apply in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.     UAB Viskas futbolui reserves the right:
5.1. To amend the information on the website: goods, product descriptions, prices and rules. New clauses in the store www.jakosport.lt   rules take effect immediately upon publication.
5.2. To restrict access to this website for customers who do not comply with these rules.
5.3. To take legal action against persons who breach these rules or engage in malicious activities.
5.4. To require reimbursement of shipping costs if the customer unilaterally cancels an order being processed, and in cases of product exchange.
5.5. To require, under Article 6.367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, that goods be returned at the customer’s expense or that the customer reimburse return (delivery) services.

6.     Prohibited:
6.1. To copy, use, distribute or reproduce the information or content on the website without the website owner’s written permission;
6.2. To use computer programs that may harm this website or otherwise disrupt www.jakosport.lt  the system’s operation.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY WARRANTY

·         All products are covered by the warranty periods specified by their manufacturers.

· The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear.

· All football boots have a 3-month warranty.

· Football boots must not be machine-washed or dried in electric dryers; doing so voids any warranty.

The laws of the Republic of Lithuania provide that a purchase document (receipt, invoice or leasing agreement) is sufficient if it clearly identifies the product. This document confirms the purchase date and the purchaser.

The footwear also loses any warranty if it is used for an unintended purpose, including playing on a surface for which it is not designed.

Footwear abbreviations and the surfaces they are intended for:

FG – footwear for natural grass.

SG – footwear for wet or damp grass.

MG – footwear for mixed surfaces (grass, artificial surfaces).

TF, AG – footwear for artificial surfaces.

IC, IN – footwear for indoor use.

BUYER’S RIGHTS

Under the “Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services under Contracts Concluded Using Means of Communication”, approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001, goods of satisfactory quality may be returned in accordance with Article 6.367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania:

UAB Viskas futbolui may require reimbursement of shipping costs if the customer unilaterally cancels an order being processed, and when goods are returned or exchanged at the customer’s initiative.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
- the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
- the item must be unused and undamaged by the buyer;
- the item must retain its saleable appearance (labels undamaged, protective films not removed, etc.). This condition does not apply when returning a defective item;
- the returned item must include all the components received by the buyer;
- the purchase document and warranty certificate (VAT invoice) must be supplied with the return;

IMPORTANT: Bus parcel services do not deliver to the final recipient, so goods must be returned by registered Lithuanian Post parcel, courier service or in person. 

As provided by law, the seller undertakes to refund the payment within 14 working days after confirming that the item is in a suitable condition: no damage or defects are found, the serial numbers of the purchased and returned items match, etc.

If an item is returned because of unsatisfactory quality, UAB Viskas futbolui undertakes, at its own expense, to replace it with an item of satisfactory quality or refund the purchase price (this may take 2 to 4 weeks). Defective goods are exchanged or returned under the “Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods”, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.

DELIVERY TIMES

Parcels are delivered on working days between 8:00 and 18:00. 
A specific delivery time cannot be requested from the courier.

If the ordered item is in stock in Lithuania and you pay by advance bank transfer, we will deliver it within 1–3 working days. For orders placed before 13:00, delivery may be as early as the next working day.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

All goods are delivered by courier to the address specified in your order information. 

IMPORTANT:

- When goods are delivered from warehouses abroad, delivery may take approximately 5–12 working days.

- If an item is not in our or the manufacturer’s warehouse and we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will inform you by email or telephone.
- For special-order items, the delivery time will be agreed separately, but the maximum delivery time usually does not exceed 3–4 weeks.
- Delivery times may differ between items. A more precise time is stated for each item. If several items have different delivery times, they will be delivered according to the longest delivery time or in separate shipments.

PLEASE NOTE!

- You must check the condition of the parcel on delivery. 
- If the parcel is damaged, you must record the damage in the courier’s presence or refuse to accept the parcel.
- Accepting the item and signing the delivery note without remarks means that the parcel is considered to have been delivered in good condition. This may complicate claims concerning external damage. In any event, product warranty obligations remain in force.


The order and registration forms on the website ask visitors to provide personal information (name, telephone number, email address, etc.). These data are used to fulfil your orders or enquiries and to contact you if the UAB Viskas futbolui staff serving you have any questions. 

By providing an email address or telephone number when purchasing or making an enquiry, the customer automatically agrees to receive information from UAB Viskas futbolui through those contacts (otherwise we cannot answer the enquiry or fulfil the order).

 

Product returns

If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 15 calendar days of delivery/collection and receive a refund.

All returned goods must have their original labels, protective bags and original undamaged packaging, and must not have been worn or otherwise used. The customer returning the item bears the shipping costs.

Refunds are made to the customer’s personal bank account. Please include the invoice (received with the item) with the returned goods. Refunds are made within 3 working days of the item reaching UAB Viskas futbolui.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made specifically to the buyer’s requirements or individually customised, or which by their nature cannot be returned, are perishable or have a short expiry period.
